An imagined group exhibition in three movements. 12 September – 29 November 2026.
ATELIER AZURLumière en couleur brings together three deliberately different visual languages. The exhibition begins with the body of paint, opens into a field of blue and finishes with paper forms that almost become architecture. Nothing needs to agree. The energy lives in the space between the works.
The proposed sequence is an invitation rather than a prescribed reading. Start with the work that catches you. Return to it after seeing the others. A colour that first felt quiet may suddenly seem insistent; a sharp edge may become a resting place.
Begin with Terre en mouvement. Move your attention from the dense coral field to the pale breaks. Imagine how a layer might have been laid down, interrupted and covered again. This is a fictional material study, not a documented studio process.
La marée intérieure offers a different pace. Let the eye settle before searching for an object. The blue is not a code to solve: it is a field in which foreground and distance keep exchanging roles.
Finish with Jardin, fragment 03. Notice the spaces the coloured shapes leave untouched. Compare them with the gallery’s openings and arches. The room becomes a fourth participant in the conversation.
Try a quiet looking exercise: choose one shape, trace its boundary, then describe what changed when you stepped back. There is no correct interpretation to unlock. Use the collection pages to compare surfaces and revisit a detail.
